Downloads offers two important functions. First, you can use ‘Folder Naming Structure’ to determine exactly what folder received files will go into.

For instance, a common path is C:\Users\MyNameSendersAddressSubject

Second, you can determine desired Version Control. If a new version of a file is sent, click the dropdown to determine if you want the old version backed up or overwritten.

Tip: This setting is very useful to customize if you are a Web Drop user or a Sync user.
